Supporting Pasir Gudang’s Vision for a Sustainable Industrial City
MBPG has long emphasized the importance of environmental protection in shaping Pasir Gudang into a clean, efficient, and livable industrial city. In line with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) requirements, industries operating within its jurisdiction are encouraged to submit regular environmental monitoring reports, ensuring transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
This award reflects MBPG’s appreciation for organizations that demonstrate strong and consistent low-carbon initiatives, recognizing companies that actively contribute to the city’s long-term sustainability goals.
A Recognition of DEM’s Ongoing Environmental Efforts
The acknowledgment serves as an important milestone for DIC Epoxy Malaysia, particularly the Production Support 1 Department, whose steady commitment and on-ground initiatives continue to drive environmental performance across operations.
Through diligent monitoring, responsible resource management, and ongoing improvements aligned with DIC’s global sustainability direction, the team has contributed meaningfully to the reduction of carbon emissions and enhancement of environmental practices within the site.
