DIC Ideal Pvt. Ltd. (DIC Ideal) at Supa, Maharashtra, has completed the first phase of its Rooftop Solar Plant Installation as part of its ongoing focus on Safety and Sustainability.
The 500 kW system was installed at the Supa site on 5 December 2025 and represents a practical step toward reducing environmental impact through renewable energy.
The project was completed safely with 4,000 man-hours, covering work at height during the rooftop installation. This reflects the site’s consistent attention to safety planning, supervision, and on-site execution throughout the project.
Following the completion of the installation, Mr. Yamatoya and Mr. Aloke shared guidance with employees after the prize distribution, reinforcing key safety practices and expectations related to work at height.
This project showcases implementing Sustainability in Action alongside instilling a strong Safety work culture at the site level, contributing to the Group’s broader environmental and operational goals.
