Hi Designers! 

Today we released an update to the platform that addresses some minor and major bugs and also wanted to give you an update on the status of some new features coming soon!

 

PLATFORM FIXES:

  • Fixed an issue where files in file manager were showing other user files.
  • Fixed an issue where the company name within Leads was a requirement.
  • Fixed an issue where upcoming follow ups on leads were blank due to the above issue.
  • Fixed an issue where you couldn't convert a proposal within a project to an invoice for payments.
  • Fixed file upload issue where uploaded images wouldnt upload including company logo. (you can now.)
  • Fixed an issue where when entering a manual payment for an invoice, it would not save.
  • Fixed an issue where an error occurred when creating an invoice from project page.
  • Fixed an issue where you could not email a vendor from the system. You can now - Sends as admin email
  • Fixed an issue where an edited version of an invoice did not save.
  • Fixed an issue where adding a designation within employee creation threw an error.

NEW FEATURES RELEASED:

  • "Rooms" within the project. Auto-calculates room cost for each product added to the room.
  • New Feature: Importing Clients, Vendors and Leads. You can click the import button and download a template for the import.

NEW IMPROVEMENTS INITIATED:

  • Improved image upload in Products to auto-scale to show the full image.
  • Improved when a payment is made, the invoice is now auto-set to a "Paid" status.
  • Improved when you create an invoice and attach a product, the SALES price now carries over.
  • Improved when you select a project for an invoice, the client name is auto-selected.
  • Improved PDF spec sheet to include all attributes you add to it within the project specification tab.
  • Removed Discussions within projects since you can communicate through messages.
  • Removed duplicate "sales category" within settings * Removed "custom fields" option within settings.
